Request deletion of your Telecom Khata cloud account

If you can open the app, use Settings → Data management → অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিটের অনুরোধ. The app prepares a deletion-request email for the signed-in account. Send that email to start the deletion process.

Request deletion without the app

Email Kumruzzamansuhag@gmail.com with the subject Telecom Khata Account Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address used for Google sign-in when possible. We may ask for limited verification information to prevent unauthorized deletion. After verification, we will remove the account and associated Telecom Khata server-side records and confirm completion by email.

Local data: deleting the cloud account does not automatically erase accounting data stored only on a phone. If you still have the app, use the in-app accounting reset separately if you also want local records removed.

What Telecom Khata deletes after verification

We remove the Firebase Authentication account and Telecom Khata server-side account records tied to that account, including cloud profile records, entitlement records, registered backup metadata and server-side purchase-token ownership records that exist for the account.

What may remain elsewhere

Google Play may retain purchase and payment history under Google's policies. A deletion request does not itself cancel or erase Google Play transaction history. Data that exists only on your device is not accessible to Telecom Khata support and must be deleted on that device.
